Exchange & return policy

Time limit

You can exchange or return a product for a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, in line with the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

Conditions

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags, cards and original packaging.
• Include the invoice or order number.

A note on shoes: please try shoes on a soft, clean surface such as carpet so the soles are not marked. We cannot accept shoes that show signs of wear or scratches.

Shipping costs

• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or the wrong item, PLUSHH covers all shipping costs.
• If you are exchanging or returning by choice (for example, a different size or colour), you pay the return shipping and the delivery of the replacement.

How to request

• Send your request from our Contact us page with your order number, and clear photos of the product if it has a defect.
• Or visit one of Our stores in Jubail or Makkah with the product and invoice.
• Once your shipped return is approved, we will send you the shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and check the product against these conditions, we refund the amount to the original payment method or bank account. This can take 7 to 14 working days depending on your bank.
