Prices and VAT

All prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT, in line with Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority regulations.

Product information and colours

We show the colours and details of our shoes and bags as accurately as we can. Shades may look slightly different depending on your phone or computer screen, and this is not considered a defect.

Orders and payment

PLUSHH may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as items being out of stock, a technical pricing error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel, we refund the full amount paid.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout, including cash on delivery and paying in store at pickup.

Delivery and store pickup

• We deliver to every city in Saudi Arabia. Delivery costs SAR 30 including VAT, and is free on orders over SAR 1,000.
• You can pick up your order for free from our Jubail or Makkah store, daily from 11 am to 11 pm. We will let you know when it is ready.

Exchanges & returns

Exchanges and returns are covered by our Exchange & return policy.

Intellectual property

All site content, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to PLUSHH and is protected by Saudi and international copyright laws. It may not be copied or used commercially without prior written permission.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. PLUSHH may update them at any time, and changes take effect from the date they are published on this page.
